How does the ordering process work?

In four steps: you pick a plan, send us your desired domain and contact details via the contact form, we confirm within 24 hours and set up hosting + mailboxes for you. You then receive access details and can get started.

Do you also offer domain registration?

Yes — we register domains in all common extensions (.ch, .com, .de, .swiss, .io, .app, .ai and many more). Registration currently runs manually through us; simply enter your desired domain in the order form. For .ch domains we additionally operate our sister project registriert.ch with auctions, expiring domains and premium addresses.

Can I bring my existing domain?

Yes, at any time. If you already have a domain with another provider, we handle the transfer for you. Alternatively, just enter our name servers at your current provider and your domain runs on our infrastructure without changing owner.

How long does activation take?

Normally your hosting is live within a few hours of ordering. You receive access details by email. On request we set up your domain and the main email addresses for free.

Can I switch to a bigger plan later?

Of course. Upgrading between Start, Business and Pro is always possible — without data migration, without downtime. You pay the new tariff pro rata from upgrade day.

What happens during an outage?

Our data centre has redundant power, multiple internet connections and 24/7 monitoring. We react immediately to unexpected outages. Daily backups protect your data on top.

Is there an uptime guarantee?

We aim for over 99.9 % uptime on annual average. We offer a written SLA on request for business customers — just ask.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment by invoice (bank transfer) with a 14-day payment term. Business customers receive their invoice at renewal time; bank details are on every invoice.
